Note: Only fees specifically marked as “refundable” at the time of payment qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Conditions

  • The client’s package must be successfully delivered to the designated delivery address.

  • Delivery confirmation must be recorded in the company’s official delivery system.

  • All refundable charges paid by the client will be refunded in full after delivery is confirmed.

4. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Situations)
